Welcome to Swaggins Farm. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of products offered by Swaggins Farm. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Swaggins Farm offers small-batch farm and wellness products, including herbal salves, goat-milk lotions and skincare products, and other handcrafted goods. Because many items are handmade with natural ingredients, color, scent, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor natural variations are not considered defects.

2. Wellness and Product Disclaimer

Information provided on the Swaggins Farm website, product labels, social media, or other materials is for general educational and informational purposes only. Swaggins Farm products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Review product ingredients before use, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities. For topical products, consider performing a patch test before broader use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors and to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including when an item is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown during checkout when applicable. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only. Swaggins Farm is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Because many Swaggins Farm products are personal-care, consumable, or small-batch items, returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Swaggins Farm within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or other information needed to evaluate the issue. When appropriate, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the problem resulted from an error by Swaggins Farm.

6. Local Pickup and Farm Products

When local pickup is offered, customers are responsible for collecting orders within the communicated pickup window. Availability of farm-produced items may vary due to season, production, animal needs, weather, and other farm conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, branding, educational materials, and other original content created by Swaggins Farm are owned by or licensed to Swaggins Farm. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or misuse website content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swaggins Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Any liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
